The farmhouse dei Breschi is a 2 story, 4 bedroom vacation rental just minutes by foot from the beach in the Maremma area of Tuscany. The farmhouse has front and rear shaded gardens and is comprised of:

You enter the apartment through a reception room with marble floors that opens from the front garden, providing access to two sitting rooms, one that formerly served as the fattoria's chapel and still has its vaulted brick ceiling. The spacious rear sitting room also has a dining table and opens to the kitchen, which is equipped with dishwasher, and to a small garden. An adjacent utility room has a washing machine and ironing board. The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower.

A spiral stair from the reception room leads to a second story of the farmhouse and a central hall off which the various bedrooms open. At the front, there are two rooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. To the rear of the house is a small bath with shower, then two more bedrooms connected by a bathroom with tub/shower. One of these bedrooms has a queen bed and a crib, and one has two pairs of bunk beds.

An enclosed stair outside of the farmhouse provides additional access to the second floor as well as access to the third floor apartment.

Large pine trees shade the front and rear shared gardens which offer opportunity for outdoor dining or simply relaxing. A footpath takes you to the beach in just minutes.

In the area you will find Monte Argentario, the park of the Maremma, the Feniglia at Orbetello and Lago di Burano south of Ansedonia.
