This is an independent two bedroom apartment rental located on the top floor of a farmhouse just 200 meters from the beach in the Maremma area of Tuscany near the village of Albinia. The apartment is comprised of:

An external staircase leads up to the apartment, which has tiled floors and exposed beamed ceilings throughout, typical of farmhouses in Tuscany. The living room has a cozy fireplace and French doors overlooking the rear garden. The small but well equipped kitchen looks onto the dining area. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There is one bath with shower.

The farmhouse is located just a short walk along a footpath from the seaside.

Monte Argentario is just minutes away with the port towns of Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole. Other towns of interest in this area of Tuscany include Capalbio and Magliano in Toscana.
